Fort HealthCare Laboratory strives to be a full service laboratory. If you would like to order a test that you cannot find in this catalog, or if you have any questions regarding laboratory testing, please call the laboratory at 920-568-5261.
Hours of OperationMain Lab: Runs 24 / 7
Outpatient Lab: Monday - Friday 6am - 5pm, Saturday 7am - 12pm, Closed Sundays
