Welcome to the Edward-Elmhurst Reference Laboratory. Our lab is a full service clinical and pathology laboratory that performs a wide range of routine and specialized testing on-site with the ability to provide report delivery options, professional consultation services, and convenient draw center locations.

Our team of highly qualified pathologists, technologists, and other laboratory professionals are committed to providing the highest quality lab testing accurately, quickly and conveniently.

Our pathology team consists of eleven board certified pathologists who offer sub-specialties in Transfusion Medicine, Cytopathology, Gynecological Pathology, Hematopathology and Dermatopathology. The on-site pathologists oversee daily operation of the clinical lab to ensure quality reporting to our physicians and nursing staff.

Quality laboratory testing provided in a timely manner is often the key to properly diagnosing and treating patients. Edward-Elmhurst Reference Laboratory continually strives for excellence and maintains accreditations by the College of American Pathologists, the American Association of Blood Banks and The Joint Commission.

Edward-Elmhurst Reference Laboratory is open 24/7, performing a full range of routine and specialized testing, with many test results often available the same day. Our courier service offers frequent specimen pick-ups, which allows for expedient result reporting.
